Cristiano De Angelis is a freelance researcher at Skema Business School, France. His PhD Thesis was a comparative study between the Brazilian and German federal governments in terms of Knowledge Management and Organizational Intelligence. The Thesis has been published in Academic Conferences & Publishing International and turned into articles published in renowned journals such as the International Journal of Public Administration, International Journal of Modelling in Management and the Journal of Knowledge Management Practice.

As an undergraduate and graduate professor, the author has taught at a private University, Unisul, and a public University, UFSC, both in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
